Double-shaft mixer

Twin-shaft mixer is a kind of mixer, it can be used to stir the raw material uniformly in the production line of pressing balls.

The dounle-mixer includes the first and second parallel shaft, mixing blade and horizontal mixing barrel. The mixing blade extends around from the first and second shaft.

There is a feeding inlet on one the top of the twin-shaft's end and a discharging port on bottom of the other end. By using this structure, the mixing blade will transmit the dry powder mortar to the discharging port from the feeding inlet as it stir the dry powder mortar, thus achieving the continuous production and improving the production efficiency effectively.

The double-shaft mixer is suitable for stirring many raw materials in a humidification way. After mixing, there will be no dust flying of the raw materials during the course of transportation and handling, which avoids the pollution of the environment. The twin-shaft mixer uses the two spiral vane shafts to stir and deliver the powdery material uniformly. The humidification can be controlled to meet the requirements for transmittion by the manual control valve. The series of double-shaft mixer is also suitable for the stirring and transmittion of solid particle materials in chemical, mining and other departments.
